so, it requires electricity to run it? maybe the same thing can be done using only magnets and metals but were can you buy a ring of metal or magnets in the shape of a hollow cylinder?

This is just a magnet mockup. The actual three plate and 69 runner set level 4 square SEG needs no electrical input to run.Each plate and runner set is a separate little generator, electrially active, and made more so by rotation.
