AUGUST 5 2004--In an unfortunate, though not uncommon, verbal miscue, President George W. Bush admit to a White House audience that his administration never stops thinking about ways to harm the United States.
Referring to the country's enemies, Bush said in his characteristic third-grade manner, "Our enemies are innovative and resourceful, and so are we, "They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we."
Most of us in the real world know it to be true. Bush never stops finding new ways to harm America and its people.
Looking back at Bush's economy legacy, I think he really meant it...I mean finding "innovative" ways to harm USA and its people.
When Bill Clinton left office, he turned over government with a BALANCED BUDGET and a $42 Billion BUDGET SURPLUS!
In eight years in office, the BUSH ADMINISTRATION turned the surplus into a TRILLION DOLLAR DEFICIT!
Not mentioning the credit crisis...
