I like this video! Regarding oat bran, try Ryvita rye and oat crackers...high in fiber, low calorie and satisfying... yes! 90% dark chocolate is great...try Lindt brand...not everyone finds it edible because to their palette, it is too bitter...but try it...dark chocolate is also high in fiber and low in sugar.
