I found out about Miette through a home cooking/decor magazine I picked up a year ago and being that I live so far from this shop and may never have funds to visit I was thankful for the publication of this book being that its a nice middle for a young cake decorator who lives on the other side of the country. c:

Came here because I wanted to know how to pronounce the name 'Miette'. This video made me happy, I love people being happy with the way they live and the job they have. Being able to eat cake every day and staying slim is a wish of many.
