Champions Online beta

This is just a quick glimpse at a zone in Champions online. All settings are on high and i was recording so there might be a bit of lag but it's fairly smooth from what i saw.

This games been getting a lot of bad press from people and i urge people to give it a try themselves and a proper try get out of the starter zone and start exploring the game world. It's a blast. Feel free to ask any questions I'll do my best to answer.

I'll hopefully record a bit longer tomorrow when i get up. Plan is to get up early and get on before the rest of the world might help reduce lag when recording.

when making your character can you have more than 2 types of powers?

so you can start with fre,

ice and darknes.

I can't say I've tried it myself but as far as i know theres no restrictions on moves at all. If you want to be a fire weilding dark monster like thing that surfs about on ice you can. :P

i would have to go with martial arts because you can use the fire attack which takes energy, but they will get to you and thats when you really need martial arts

depend on what you are planning to use the most, martial arts or fire, i choose what looks coolest

i plan on making a half fire and half martial arts guy. should i start with the fire energy builder or the martial arts?

Hey dude i got this game and it lags pretty much on mine :S What specs do ya get? I am from the netherlands in europe. My specs are: Nvidia 9600m GT inter core 2 duo processor T6400 2.o GHZ 4GB DDR and its a laptop. Note: No problems with City Of Heroes, WoW, and some ofline games like far cry 2 and call of duty 4 and 5.
