when ever the unrighteousness suppresses the righteousness and the righteous people are dictated and supressed by the evil forces I(LORD) will take form and come to the rescue of the righteous people . I (LORD) will remove the evil and reestablish the DHARMA.
the coming of lord can be in any form. he may also inspire someone to remove evil. the way in which he combacts evil is his will. but when i see modi i start having faith in gods word and that he fulfills what he said in the scriptures.
