@Mcoolister64 It was a long time ago, but I think it was MMSSTV. It can encode and decode.

can someone please help? i downloaded MMSSTV and i cant work it :s everytime i try and decode a signal/ picture whatever, it just comes up with a bunch of slanted lines and i cant seem to work any of it. someone please?

For everyone who doesn't have stereo mix/can't for some reason use it did you know that you can just get a 3.5mm male to male cable and connect that from your output to your input and that way record anything that would normally come out of your headphones/speakers. You could also get a 3.5mm splitter or 2 to be able to use your speakers/headhones and/or mic at the same time :) Check out this pic to better understand what I mean: ｉｓ.ｇｄ/sn89png (that's a shortened link to the picture)
