You are amazing. Aha, I have been dreaming of being apart of Cirque Du Soleil since I was 11 years old. I want to be one of the contortionists.

That was an awesome demo. Has me wanting to get in shape. Curious.. Is there an age limit on gymnastics? Will someone in mid their 30's hurt themselves trying to learn this?

@Arborealis0 Thanks! There's definately no age limit to learning gymnastics. Try checking out your local gymnastics club and see if they have and adult gym program that you might be able to attend. The risk for injury is always there when trying to learn something new. However, if you start with the basics and do the necessary progressions for a skill you'll greatly reduce the chace of that!
