  • thank u...its great idea...i can do push ups and i can do work outs like arms,bench,shoulder etc.bt i struggle with pull ups.i hope that it may workout for me

  • kipping is how not to do a pull up! Cant believe a trainer would even think about telling you to kip never mind actually doing it. I have seen so many shoulder injuries through kipping. Look it up on other videos, it looks like people are being electrocuted on the pull up bars. The chair is a great way to improve but please do not use the momentum of kipping, unless you want to look stupid and kid yourself that you can do pull ups.
