2. When you're at red health AND near a teammate doing a special also?

Or are those just the same?

i need help ive beaten the domons mossions and ive wandered how its done but in the gundam fight in friendship missions on domons they can do an ultimate attack its not their special like wing zero was charging with that blak and purple aura and then flies up and starts targeting the ground but i cant figure out how to do it im playing the xbox 360 one
