John is absolutely amazing as a tenor, I dread to think who you critiques would rather have singing this piece.......
I am not technical, but the sheer strength and tone of voice are one of a kind, I would know his voice anywhere...some imbecile on youtube decided to remove 'so when the glitt'ring queen of night' with Ainsley singing, nobody could ever sing it better.......sorry, NOBODY.
Someone please post it, or I shall when my Pinnock cd arrives!!!
