thanks but i have an app on power pc and it doesn't display requires admin but the power pc is no longer supported

the reason it say you need to run it as admin is that 10.4 was not fully UNIX, but UNIX-System-Like (as is Linux, for example, it doesn't follow all UNIX standards, so it won't get UNIX certified)
