The mission of the Episcopal Farm Worker Ministry of the Diocese of North Carolina is one of those delicate areas of diplomacy that balances the needs of the migrant workers and their families with farmers who provide both access to those people and their employment. While conditions in the fields have greatly improved it is far from perfect. This video attempts to walk the tight line between the needs of all concerned. Too harsh or critical and the EFW could be prohibited or denied access, but being not compelling enough could jeopardize the purpose of the video, which is to elicit support in both money and time.
