Out of state or not he was litteraly asking to be removed from driving period. I am disgusted he was not suspended... I get angry that society allows them to drive too slow , into oncoming traffic , too fast and well it is always dangerous. These are people who got their liscence from a Cracker Jack box and should be subject to modern driving tests to prove they are dangerous. If they pass it would require skill , but reexamination actually means "Get eyes checked" for elderly no retest.
