I was at this match. We wanted to kill Jimmy Hart and Andy Kaufman, literally. That's how Memphis fans are. Jerry Lawler is a Memphis Icon.

Does anyone know if Koffman knew at this point that he had Cancer? This was close to the end of his stint with Memphis Wrestling.

According to Wikipedia (I know, I know) Kaufman found out around Thanksgiving '83. In some of the videos I'll post shortly leading up to their boxer vs wrestler matches you'll see that Andy just didn't look good. His cough also becomes more apparent in some of his interviews.
