how do get to stop dropping frames

Hey BallinxMw2, You have helped me before when i had asked you how to get rid of the red line at the bottom of my capture, you told me to crop it and that worked really good, but now i have another issue with my cropping option, when i mouse over the crop option it changes into a grab frame thing. how do i get my crop back, i must have accidentally did somethign wrong when i was editing cause now i cant even crop cause it changes into "Grab Frame" please help

@xurbanxsniperx90 it will be good quality if you raise the kbits to 8000 to 9000 or higher to your satisfaction, it works 10x better with the s video

@xD3ADLYA55A551Nx Kbits/sec helps you keep a better picture, i recommend you use 8000 or 9000 to keep the best video resolution that you had when you first captured that way you can read the letters alot better so they wont be to blurry or squished up
