The Time is near! Read Matthew 24. The entire chapter is about the End-Time. The "fig tree" is the reborn nation of Israel (1947--"The decree with forth..." i.e. UN Resolution to create Israel)
"This generation...." A generation is "3 score & 10" = 70 years (score = 20 yrs)
"Heaven & earth..." The word of God is eternal. The "Word of God, made flesh..." is Jesus of Nazareth; the Messiah, who will return.
