JET Program Vlog #15 - Things you can't be ready for and viewer mail

**Please Read**

I use iMovie to make these at-home vlogs, and the program only allows clips to be recorded with my iSight camera for 9minutes and 15seconds.

So this clip cuts off mid sentence as I was wrapping up. Sorry about that.

2- I discuss "things you can't be ready for." Some of your upcoming Japan adventure will be strange and so different than your expectations no matter how prepared you think you are. Be flexible, have an open mind, and you'll do fine.

3- I want to do a vlog soon responding to viewer mail, so if you've asked me a question, rest assured that I've noted it and will get to it soon.

4 - I'm also thinking of doing a FAQ VLOG to avoid getting asked the same question over and over again.

haha - ummm, no - well, no 90% of the time. Most are very curious about my lifestyle, since it's rare for a man of my age (over 35) to be single and live alone, especially out here in the inaka. They are constantly amazed I do my own laundry, cook for myself, etc.

A common question from Japanese men is if I like Japanese women - maybe they want to know how they rate on a western scale. :)
