My Mother, Marilyn Usinowicz fought an 11-year battle with ovarian cancer and, after enduring more than 200 chemotherapy treatments, 8 major surgeries, and more than 10 recurrences, she lost her life on October 15, 2009. In January 2009, she was selected as one of "20 Outstanding Women You Should Know". This is my father's tribute to her.
