Marty Modarski Speaker Spotlight

Marty Mordarski is the Director of Membership at ERC where he is responsible for the growth, retention, and satisfaction of ERC members. In addition, he provides direction over ERCs
compensation, benefits, and workplace studies of employers throughout Northeast Ohio. His team also assists organizations in conducting highly customized market studies and employee
surveys, and is responsible for maintaining the largest and most comprehensive Human Resources library in Northeast Ohio. Through these services, ERC provides valuable pay and workplace information to assist employers in the attraction, retention, and motivation of great employees.
