@bboyz1234 Get over yourself. Don't insult the man, he gave you an advice on how to get better based on what you've uploaded and what he's seen. If a lot of time has passed and you've become better, that doesn't give you the right to act like a douche.
No offence of course, but all the man tried to do is to give you an advice-stretch more to accomplish better result.

@bboyz1234 chill bro, he meant it as positive criticism... if you get automatically pissed at someone for pointing out a fault, you're doing it wrong. He was just pointing out what he saw that could've been better.

dude your not listening to what i said. you said that thats not the deepest side invert you can do so what i said you need allot of stretching so you can reach the side.

@qwepan this is over a year and a half ago... im much better now so just because you made a tutorial on a side invert doesnt make you pro and allow you to make assumptions that people dont get better

once you can do the freezes clean
the combinations are not that hard to get
you just kick up from one to another
more about balance than strength

im not really sure how to make a tutorial on blowups. you kinda get a good foundation on all the freezes and kick with your legs up from one pose into another.

any tips on elbow freeze to handstand? blowing DOWN is ok, blowing UP is hard! sounds wrong but yea...

haha uhh kick with your legs and quickly change from your elbow to a handstand. you should try to kick more over than less so you will be able to catch yourself. kinda hard to explain
