In today's SARATOGIAN someone wrote a letter about ethics and signed Gerard Hawthorn name to it.

Previously Gerard had never been able to put more than two sentences together in his life.

Gerard is Kommandant of Jefferson Terrace were he keeps the residents {hostages} in line.

Mayor proclaims affordable housing must wait; Keehn removed items relating to a developer's affordable housing proposal from her agenda, because Keehniac Brad Birge needed what she called a well deserved vacation. Keehn was quoted as saying that anyone who as to work with me deserves a break. She then added poor families can just stay in shelters and campgrounds a while longer.
