Hi! I'm Patrick Mattingley. I've been working in the driveway business for well over a decade. I love the driveway business. Driveways are the first thing people see when they pull up to your home. Thanks.. What's cheaper to do concrete or asphalt? I want to do some areas concrete and some asphalt, not sure of price difference

What's cheaper? Well, that depends on the size of your project. A few hundred square feet and the price of asphalt is going to be right in there with concrete, and in some cases maybe even more than concrete. This is due to the amount of equipment it takes to install asphalt vs concrete. Larger sized projects, say a couple of thousand square feet and more, it's going to be tough to compete with the price of asphalt.
