  • I was 24 when Woodstock happened. That was THE MUSIC, man!! Today, all they make is boom, boom, boom...and...talk, talk, talk. They call it rap, hip-hop, or whatever...apparently alot of people like it. I ain't one of 'em. This is (was) MUSIC!! Always will be. '60's and '70's music will go on forever!! That other c(rap) won't even be a memory in 50 years, but this music is still...THE BOMB!! 40 years later!!

  • @drrtymac you're born in an era in which you can experience parts of every eras at the click of a button, these are fantastic times, but it is hard to grasp the value of the present, you'll appreciate it more in few years, trust me

  • Looking for Soul Sacrifice from this gig ............

  • @mpm111144 lol what you sayin man, i agree that 60s and 70s music is so great, but you aint knowing nothing about hip hop. or rap.you do not know that the foundations of the genre laid profoundly in 70s music like soul, and this rock music played by santana, highly contributed also to the emergence of hip hop. You cant like all hip hop songs, but try to get into it and you 'll hear good vibes.

    peace

  • @mpm111144

Rap and Hip-hop has existed for at least 30 years. I guess we will listen to for a long time...

  • @frozencove If you mean the guy playing the big conga drums, his name is Michael Carabello. He was one of the original percussionists for the group.

  • @RainmanCT In his place, was Thomas (aka Coke) Escovedo. I believe. According to the booklet that came with The Best of Santana album, Areas was apparently hospitalized at the time with a brain tumor.

  • the les paul sound more like the original carlos. why P R S.

  • Drummer look like a black version of Bob Ross. Happy pictures people!
