Here we are, the introduction to Khandor's Nemesis, Phoenix Emberclaw. In CO you get to make and design your own nemesis who you fight for the second half of the game. Good stuff.

Btw, I know the music is messed up, if I get a chance I'll remake the vid and post a better version

if i pay a game card do i still need to pay for the subscribe

I don't think so, but you gotta pay to buy the actual game. Game cards are the same as subscribing. But with mmo's you need to purchase the full game and then pay for the subscription afterwards.
