Bing and Rosie were great friends and recorded many songs together but few as appealing as their 1958 recording of the Vernon Duke/Ira Gershwin standard, "I Can't Get Started" with orchestra arranged and conducted by the great Billy May. If you are startled by the Elvis Presley reference near the end of the recording, keep in mind this was 1958 and Elvis was definitely The King.

  • "Elvis was definitely the King". Yes.The king of crap.

  • @literauntie They did duets all right. They had a radio show together called the Bing Crosby and Rosemary Clooney Show. You can download it from on off thepiratebay, just posted it today.

  • Few people are aware that Bing Crosby had more hits than Elvis Presley. Elvis sold more records but Bing had far more hits.

  • This is my favorite rendition of this. I love nearly every song on the Fancy Meeting You Here album. Perfect.

  • Wow thanks! Didn't know they did duets...quite a treat!

  • beautiful!!!
