"Obon is a summer festival in Japan to honour the spirits of one's ancestors, with participants wearing yukata and performing the Bon Odori, or Bon Dance. It's a colourful and fun remembrance of departed loved ones. Organised by the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI) and Japanese Society of Melbourne (JSM) this festival features traditional dancing, music, food and crafts." -- That's Melbourne

  • I so can't to go this year in 2011!

  • This was a great day and I enjoyed myself. I hope it was such a success for the organisers that there will be many more festivals to come
