To be honest i was nt expecting more than 1kw since i wish to put it on a vertical axis.
I believe it might be on movement more often but with less rpm... am i right?
I had another question about star configuration...
i will have 3 start A B and C (inner coils) and 3 ends X Y and Z (outer coils) ...
Does XYZ have to be connected together with no other contact???
and what about ABC are they all + or 2 + and 1 -??
I can t find proper answers to these questions...
Thank s Glenn

I'll be using 6 foot blades, so will end up with a 13 foot diameter turbine all up. It would be capable of 3 to 4 kw, but I expect 1 to 2 kw in good winds, depending on location.
