  • 唔係好得 ..

  • Dear Sir,

thanks for your comment. What does it mean in English ?

  • OK - imho You r swimming "up the hill"

Absolutely don't look forward - keep looking at the bottom of the pool and keep Your head a bit under water - thats for the beginning - later try to not "waving" your body (its not a butterfly), try to keep more streamline position/extend Your stroke as long as You can without decreasing tempo (count strokes per lap - keep as low amount as You only can without loosing time/speed - regards

  • Hi boolekx, thanks for advice. There are several good suggestions which I'm going to try out. Now this video is already nearly a year old and I really need a new one to see if all your great input has helped improve my style ! Cheers, Matthias

  • Wrong technique...!!!!

  • I thought this was gonna be a video of a hot girl stretching.

  • What poor cat was strangled during the making of this video?

  • not balancing his body at all....... sux...

  • its horrible

  • this is a great vid except for the audio, they should have replaced it with some kind of music

  • hey, you shouldn't breathe right before your turn and you should stay on your back more right after-even if your dying for air. it really increases speed alot (sorry for the crappy user name its my sisters account)

  • Get outside help for your form and streamline (eyes watching as you swim I mean) and pay close attention to what you are doing with your hands after pushoff. I've done it myself ;)

  • it means not very good

  • you need to work on your catch, as you sould be pulling with the forearm and palm, you are just pulling with you hand. you are also over rotating to breathe, which is making your head move to much and your shoulder to drop on one side which causes major drag. plus when your pushing off the wall your not in a tight enough superstretch.
