@WarMachine425 Press tab, you already knew that though, then open up (double click) either a drum rack or type in 'impulse' at the search bar (its a kind of drum rack)and double click that. Now you have a new impulse or whatever in your arrangement. Now select like 4 or 8 bars of it with your mouse, right click and select insert MIDI. Now double click this and you'll have your drums lined up, then just write them in.

@doop445 Theres a little circular grey button when you open up a samples pack at the top, click it once, so it turns blue, now when you click on a new sound once, it will play one repeat of it.

How do you get the bar to go to library?? Mine just stays on Live Devices with no other option..

@sjlarcadia click on the little hot swap button in the lower right corner of the midi slots. A list of specific files will open up in the devices search tab.

how do you drag parts of the drum into an empty impulse? I can olny use the presets they have, not my own custom kit.

This is what im trying to work out!!!!!!!!!
How do you play the drum before dragging it in? If i double click, it creates a black impulse or whatever and then i play it normally, how did you play it while you still had your blank impulse?
