..I stood whole January in the Lodge and it was dirty, the room was to cold in the morning, everywhere in the room were ants....And the worst thing of all, the stupid americans warmed up their trucks every morning, you couldn´t sleep anymore....But the old ladies at reception were very nice....

I live in Wellsboro, my best friend works at the Penn Wells. Can't say I'm a big fan of the Penn Wells or Wellsboro in general.

It's a shame the manager at the Penn Wells Lodge quotes a group rate and then changes the rate when we all check out to a higher one. She said she didn't remember quoting a lower rate to EVERYONE in our party as we confirmed our reservations. RIGHT! Our group of 20-24 stay at other lodging in town from now on. Lies won't get you return visits BIATCH!

I live in Wellsboro, anyone who has never been there should go! It's a great place to stay!
