i dont think i have any good advice. But i guess i always state that it's important with:

1. Theoretical training

2. Practice

3. Equipment

Study anatomy and manga styles, develope your own :D

Practice drawing originals AND copy draw (never trace, but use references)

Try to avoid using H pencils. Stick with HB, B, 2B and 4B (and so on) Softer pencils give off better colour for drawing

u r really good! :) im okay but the thing is since i slide my hand on the paper when moving to different spots the pencil smudges and the paper doesnt look white anymore :P i tried remembering to put my hand up but since im over focused i forget -,-

@maplepieeater: I knowww, i have the same problem!! So i usually use a white paper and place under my hand, it doesnt smudge that much! ^_^
