Looks like he has two bars that are tuned "between" chromatic notes but he probably didn't know how to add caps to the dummy resonators which is why you can't hear them as well as the other notes.

He may have a couple of quarter tones on there but I did not hear it and I did not see him hit the two or so quarter tones. It could be because of the poor quality filming of performance.
