Denox's discussions Anti Piracy Pt2

This is the second part of my thoughts on Anti-Piracy and in this part, I'll be mainly focused on talking my thoughts on how Nintendo and Sony are on the move against piracy making updates that will delete any piracy in replace that many future Wii and PSP games will require for you to update in order to play. And I know it sucks, but it's for the best, the rest of the vid explains it all.

Microsoft? dude, they're going crazy with the piracy thing! they're not just gonna ban people from xbox live... they'll mess up ur console with a future update. Gaming industry doing not so bad? did u know 83% of Sonys losses r due to piracy? Game companys are fed up with piracy, and they're on the move. 3 of my friends already got banned from xbox live because they're xbox's r hacked. by the way, mario and luigi 3 for DS, totally worth getting. even after u beat it, ull be playin it. :D

Wow, so Microsoft must be alot more strict against Piracy than Nintendo and Sony as it seems, well if I ever get a 360 in the future, I won't hack it, nor a PS3. And yea, maybe for christmas I might get Mario and Luigi 3. I wanna play it badly lol

New Wii Games dont need updating just the cetain IOS which it need to run same goes the Wii shop channel.

The reason it ask you to update because it detect what verison you have and compare it with the version in the disk.

Part of the reason nintendo came out with the dsi was to combat the piracy and now we have the acekard for it. So nothing will stop people from pirating games.

Did you know that most of the statistics released by big companies like Sony, Universal, etc are usually exaggerated? That's not to say that piracy doesn't hurt companies at all, but you got to look under the skin of things like statistics.

IM pro home brew especially if its an original idea like your own game series. That's why I like pc. I'm not talking about hacks though. but creating a video game from scratch. I bought books on the subject and hopefully one day create my own game.
