@brandonlilly3 Powerlifters lack all explosiveness IMO, its all about the gear, moving it for the lights, slow ascendance and descendant, and the form that gives you the shortest range of motion, plus powerlifters are mostly fat fucks, which is never justifiable imo. Oh and more gear and also that kind of gear.

LOL, What's amazing is the idiotic things a person says based on what he heard on tv. Of course, you failed to mention all the "amazing" lifts your "hero" got away with due to the wonderful "supplementation" he partook in. You wouldn't know a legitimate squat from your own legitimacy. STFU, get off your ass and go down to Louie's and show them proper depth you inbred hillbilly.

@natekid4 You are exactly right. The gear lifts every single pound for us. Im really ashamed that I have been a part of this craziness for so long.

@ArentWeSpecial The foam allows you to keep sinking into it rather than being a solid stopping point so you have to explode harder to get out of the hole.

Laura.... needs to get down lower!!! My god its worse than a quarter squat. Why has it become ok to squat above parallel, and have that count as a legit squat?? Utterly ridiculous, sorry :-/

@iandealer00 The method she is using is a chain squat method. She squatted to the chains which are set at 2 inches high intentionally to allow the body to squat all 3 reps near depth (2 inches), and you pause briefly on the chains which kills momentum. So as far as being ridiculous it may look that way, but this was done with absolute purpose.
