I have post a 4 and a 1/2 minute video to answer a question that I was asked by a high level 14 year old tennis player in China. It covers some corrective exercise strategies that can help to improve balance (or stability), which is very important in tennis. You can't really improve balance if the ankle joint does not move like it should. These techniques are great for preventing ankle sprains as well. The overall concept of flexibility, core training, strength training and conditioning applies, but here is a snipit that may be helpful!
Thanks for reading and watching!
