2009 Yamaha R1 Audi Style Headlights (HD)

I used two super thin LED strips with adhesive backing (bought them from this vendor on ebay http://myworld.ebay.com/ebaymotors/360performanceplus/?_trksid=p4340.l2559) and two 5 pin Bosche style relays to connect to turn signals. All said and done it was around $40 and 1 hour of install.

@BisioDzwo led strips were $30 a pair, relays were $10 a pair, and I did the install so that was free.

Hi, i did the same thing to my bike but without the flashing blinker jst stays on when headlights are on....but after running for 10 minutes the leds turned off and also turned off the headlights and don't turn back on ............... Im thinking its gta do with the fuse???.... anyone helppppp me pls??

@daonendonli Check your fuse box under either the driver's or rider's seat. If you have blown a fuse, then that means that wiring probably shorted. Make sure that all +/- wiring connections are isolated from each other. Also make sure that the LED strips are capable of handling 12V (there are 5V versions and those cant handle extended over voltage).

That looks sofa king awesome!!! Did you have to remove the top fairing completely with the headlights and speedo etc to install it? Or is there a quicker way?

Are your led strips inside the headlight lens, or on the outside rim?
