As jetskis and boats go by you can see the extent of this murky lake reaches the span of Clearlake. The waves and whitecaps are not white but green. A real look at Clearlake, CA. A combination of Hydrilla algae (orginally found in August of 1994) and a blue-green algae bloom known as Lyngbya has gotten worse. The smell is vomit inducing and Clearlake is disgusting, sludgy, chunky, stinky and unswimable. Let's not even get started on the over abundance of Meth users and lack of police. AVOID THIS LAKE! MOVE IF YOU LIVE HERE!
