I can't help being of the opinion that this video is selective in the information it presents to support it's assertions, and is speculative to the point of absurdity.

I'm of the opinion that this level of thinking has little to do with where we are now in terms of our exploration of the rising impact of science and technology on society.

Still, a great video. The veritable plethora of effects that convergence brings is exponential, leaving room for equal measures of optimism and pessimism.

It is presenting the other side. Nuclear bomb or nuclear energy? Everyone knows the good but how about the bad? As for selective information, simply ask "DO they support the assertions?" and consider the implications. The video is not anti technology but promoting individual control of it.

I heed what your saying and ask you to balance what you want to happen and what a corporation like say the crown would want to happen.

@normskis69 but this show dispalys what you will not see from the main stream its showing you whst the main stream dont want you to consider . the worst part of western culture is its designed to cater for the greedy so a few may live an existence of over indulgence at the cost of many so i find great truth in what been described here find it more believable then the greedy giving up power and luxury

I haven't read brave new world but saw move based on it and the Government decided who breed with who and people were devided into groups, leaders, scientist and Engineers and workers. Planet of Apes had similar groups Gorilla were military leaders, oraganutans were head scientists and Chimps were third class and humans were slaves lower than chimps.
