Santu celebrates Holi with her friends & relatives. They all worship Manjari (cow) on the occasion of Holi. Monghi wishes to celebrate holi with Dharamraaj but Santu refrains her. Monghi insists on playing Holi with Dharamraaj & runs towards the factory where everybody is celebrating Holi.
Tarulataben notices Monghi running towards Dharamraaj & stops her saying that lower caste people are not allowed to celebrate holi with them. Monghi still insists to play & runs towards Dharamraaj. She expresses her desire to play holi with him & Dharamraaj plays holi with her without any hesitation. Monghi is elated at this gesture of Dharamraaj. The bank manager informs Dharamraaj that he has sent Hitens loan papers at his office, Maulik overhears their conversation.
Birva initiates playing Holi with Santu & both of them color each other. Babuji tells Surekha that soon these kids will accept Santu as their mother. Baa interrupts him saying that first & foremost Daramraaj will have to accept her as his wife which would never happen. Maulik is deeply hurt knowing that Dhararmaaj gave a huge amount of money as loan to Hiten. He feels left out & believes that Dharamraaj is partial towards Hiten. He gets drunk & tells Tarulataben about Hitens loan & leaves in sorrow. Hiten overhears Maulik & Tarulatabens conversation regarding his loan & feels dejected.
Santu notices the color from Dharamraajs face falling on the food which he is about to have & stops him from consuming it. She tries to wipe the color form his face with is cloth but Dharamraaj stops her. Later at night, Hiten leaves & drives carelessly in anger. Suddenly his car gets stuck in a pothole. At the same time, Monghi is on her way home with Manjari (cow); being stuck in the pothole, the car is unable to move. Hiten sees the cow & ties a rope to the cows neck to pull the car out of the pothole. Monghi cries for help but Hiten ties the cow & starts pulling it.
Monghi runs home for help & informs Madho about Manjari. Madho goes in search of Manjari along with other people. They all search for her & suddenly Madho notices Manjaris legs.
