@Hendrik1293 Hybrid technology does nothing? The Prius has done nearly 70 mpg in real world tests, I would say that's a little more than nothing! Facts are facts, "...exhaust from a PZEV tailpipe could actually be cleaner than the air you breathe in smoggy urban areas."
If you want to argue about it, take it up with the EPA. It's their research, not mine.
And yeah, soot falls to the ground, it's not at all like dust which can be blown thousands of miles across oceans and continents. Moron.
