Greetings! Happy Easter. I did my best to get this uploaded before Easter. If you are ambitious enough to try and make this before your Easter dinner, than more power to ya! If you don't get this done for Easter, and please don't kill yourself trying, I just wanted to share with you how I make this. You can do this any time, who would really turn down a piece of heaven?

I hope you give this a try and I hope you enjoy it! As always, Happy Eating and Happy Easter!

  • uh ok so i JUST made this cake for my husband his birthday is tomorrow..am i supposed to refrigerate this or can i leave it out over night D: i was hopin you'd say at the end...but ya didn't so ima assume i can leave it out.

  • @HeatherHeavenly I'm so sorry that I neglected to say that! Please put this in the fridge, but when you take it out do so about 20 min before serving. Please let me know how it turned out for you. I would love to know! Noreen : )

  • Thanks for the video! But i dont have access to coconut cake mix or coconut cream pudding. Its not available in my area. Any tips using White cake mix for this cake? Thanks!

  • @MsMonica9258 I would just use yellow cake mix or white cake mix, but if you use white cake mix use whole eggs and either french vanilla or just regular vanilla INSTANT pudding. Use a little coconut extract to boost the flavor and you should be good to go. These cake mixes may be regional and being in the south, coconut cake is a fave. Hope you make this and I hope you enjoy it. Noreen : )

  • i love this cake............ easy....simple.... and yummy..one question you add the pudding mix into a cake mix?????? thats new for me..

  • @chalykfe Yes you add the pudding mix right to the cake mix, helps to make the cake nice and moist. Once you try to make a cake like this you won't make one any other way. Yes, from scratch is great, but mix is good too! Hope you give it a try.
