i'd say at least lose the hat, not to be a dick in ANY way - i just think it would help aesthetically. Also look up some tutorials. Just spend time refining your finger rolls - time is all that is needed to get better (and hard work). Try moving around a bit more, left right, forward back, use all the space that you can to give your show, it adds depth. Also pick up whips, they're a great move and i think you'd enjoy incorporating them.
