LIFT AND FLIP!! After a takedown of from the top referees position reach under the near arm and either above the far elbow or at the neck pit...with your other hand grab your opponents inside near ankle and lift and flip! Then circle the head with your feet and lock it up! This works great for novice and even advanced youth. Pick it up!!
That was really good instruction. Real good with the kids.
