"where oh where have the RnB bands gone??" I miss the days of the bands, the record labels decided to make a big part of black music extinct by not signing black bands, therefore the nuturing of musicians for this ended, and kids arent learning the art of performing, singers arent having a platform to get better, most of the great singers came from a band,(Chaka, Jeffrey osborne, etc) Maniquin shouldve been stars, but got caught up in the whole major label power/ego struggle, and disbanded in 91
