seems the theme of the final scene is three : three cubscouts, three onion rings, meadow tries to parks on third attempt, "3" slot on table jukebox, three milk pots on with guys coffee, three burgers being flipped - this all signifies three will be three left at the table ! tony gets wacked. three others dont - "You never touch the family" "It just all goes black" - David Chase is a clever guy & Jim Gandolfini one of the greatest & most hardworking actors of all time

the guy who sits down at the bar stool, stares at Tony, then goes into the bathroom (like the God Father).... that was Phil's nephew. Look at the earlier episodes when you see Phil celebrating with his family and explaining the origin of their surname.
