@luisvalino "Push notification" = "News item on reader". This means that whenever the news site (like cnn.com) publishes news on their site, you'll receive the news on your phone almost instantaneously. Thus there is no need for "old style" polling, that causes extra network traffic. Try also CNN International v1.1 or Nokia Drop to experience more apps using Notifications API aka push notifications.

Hi, how can I do to activate Push Notifications?
I installed right all the Nokia Reader and rss is running nice ... but how can I receive push notifications on my N8?

The crew at Nokia Beta Labs are awesome, these stuff should became native on Symbian.
Howevew, I don't know why, but it was funny to see news related to Android and Apple on this video. xD
