Load of crap! To find a comfortable throw a player has to find a comfortable way to throw and this has nothing to do with leg position or how to hold the dart! The hip and upper body's position should feel comfortable and allow the darts to be thrown in the same way each time. The idea is to just experiment with positions; I don't know what all this video is really about!
