RapMusic.com EXCLUSIVE interview with Ill Bill of La Coka Nostra. A "Culture VI Experience" with the Uncle Howie Records founder conducted by Wil Loesel for Culture VI & RapMusic.com. Bill talks about being an independent musician vs. being a businessman, touring vs. record sales, using the internet for promotion and more.
Part 1 of 2.
@pick8lock yeah it's cool that the street fame didn't go to his head too much. I know him from the neighborhood back in the day. I was actually part of the PLR street team when "I Need Drugs" came out. I helped sell quite a few copies of that CD for him. Now I am doing my own thing, working on an album of my own. there are a few tracks on my channel. I haven't been in a studio since my best friend/producer killed himself in 07. the last verse he ever spit is the 2nd verse on How We Live (Redux)
