Holla! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my mate got really defined 6 pack abs and lost a ton of fat with it

Well there ya go!!! I cheat on all the time. If a take a break for a day, I get back on track the next. If i want chocolate I eat it. I do everything in moderation now. Not like before when I would eat three candy bars instead of half of one. I know that most of the ffod i eat is good, healthy, and 'clean' so I do not worry anymore!!!!

ok, when you have breasts that are bigger, they sometimes have to do a second scan because the breasts are so fibrous. try not to worry hun. take care.

Crap! WHY do they make you WAIT???!!!!! Can't you go to their office and cause a scene? Throw yourself down and just cause a SCENE! Um-or have them send you a bag of happy pills whilst you wait. My thoughts are with you-I have been there and it's a long wait.
Hang in there-the good news is that you DO mammograms!
Also-congrats on the weight loss. Peace-really mean that.
